TwistedAllure generally does not accept returns. Returns are only considered in extreme cases where an error occurred on our part. If you believe your situation warrants a return, please contact our customer service team with your order details and a description of the issue. We offer exchanges in the instances where an item is damaged upon arrival due to faults from our end or during transit. If you receive a damaged item, please contact us within 5 days of receipt with photographic evidence of the damage so we can arrange a replacement.
