When do the subscription boxes ship?

When will I be charged?
You’ll be charged the day you subscribe, and then on that same date every month as long as your subscription is active. No tricks—just treats.
Is there a cut-off date to get this month’s box?
Yes! You’ll need to subscribe before the 12th of the month to receive that month’s box. Please see the Subscription Box Delivery Schedule above for more details.
What if I subscribe after the 12th?
If you sign up after the 12th, your first box will ship at the end of the next month. That means you may be charged twice before receiving your first shipment—but don’t worry, you’ll get a box for each charge.
How do I cancel my subscription?
You can cancel anytime by logging into your account and clicking Manage My Subscription. Or email us at support@twistedallure.com with the subject line “Cancel Subscription Box”. Be sure to include the email used for your order.
What if I order other items with my subscription box?
We highly recommend placing separate orders. If you order items with your box, they may ship together or separately depending on the total weight—and things can get a little chaotic in the cauldron.
